At Teddiora, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since many of our products are handcrafted and delicate, we currently accept returns only for damaged or defective items received during delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’re here to help.

To request a return or replacement:

* Please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
* The video should clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the damaged product.
* Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Share the unboxing video, your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item via email or WhatsApp.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

* Our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.
* If approved, we will offer either:
* A free replacement, or
* A full refund to your original payment method.
* Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
